PGS Entertainment has inked a raft of international broadcast deals for CG-animated preschool toon Momonsters (pictured), produced by Big Bang Box and RTVE in Spain.

The show’s international distributor has sold seasons one and two to Mediacorp (Singapore), Myndform (Iceland) and Canal+ Poland (Poland). In addition, Swiss broadcaster RSI and LatAm streamer Edye have both picked up the first season, while Jeem in the Middle East has come back for more with season two.

Momonsters centers around a group of colorful creatures who attend Momonsters Academy. In each episode, they engage in fun activities like hide-and-seek and reading comic books, while learning lessons about teamwork and individuality.

The series debuted in 2019 on Spanish broadcaster Clan, which rolled out a second season last year. It was the most-watched series on the official Clan YouTube channel from January to May 2023, according to PGS.

Building on this momentum, a Momonsters TV movie will launch in late 2023 in Spain. Big Bang Box is also working on a third season of the series to deliver in 2024.
